St George’s Church of England Foundation

St George's C of E Primary School has close links to our local church at St George's. We visit each term for a whole school service. this includes the major Christian festivals of Harvest, Christmas and Easter. We also celebrate out charity work and  year 6 leaver's with assemblies in the church.

Rev Kevin Evans is a regular visitor in school and a governor alongside the other foundation governors at St George's School.

The church is also used as an educational resource. We have looked at the history of the church and used the setting to learn about christening and weddings.
